I Need to Know

If anyone happens to come by here, or if you someone who will vote for Barrack Obama, please leave something in the comments as to why?

I am not intending to debate anyone, I just don't know a lot about the man and I want to know why you, or "someone", is going to vote for him. Seriously. Tell me why he would make a great President of the United States and how he would make the country better.

Volunteers? Anyone?

He won't. He has no experience.

Actually, Fred, I'd LOVE to have a president with no experience, especially given what that seems to mean lately.

Experience in Washington today means you've been around long enough to know how to pass laws that fly in the face of the Constitution and the Founders' vision.

Experience in Washington today means you have no accountability anymore, except to the Democratic Party (even if you're a Republican).

Experience in Washington today means that you have proven yourself to be such a good liar, you can say anything at all, and people will still vote for you.

Fred Thompson's limited experience was one of the big reasons I voted for him yesterday, even though he had already dropped out of the race. You just don't get that kind of support for the Constitution from someone with "experience".

Obama will not get the nomination. Hitlery will see to that.

The only reasons I can see someone voting for Obama are (1) the person is mesmerized by his flowery speech (Hitler was a great orator too, don't forget), or (2) the person's a bigot and casts such a vote on the sole basis that Obama happens to be black.

Don't get me wrong. I love a great speech, and I'm all for a black president (Clarence Thomas comes to mind), but I'm not going to pull the lever for someone just because of that. I need to know the person is a Constitutionalist, and as of this election, no candidate will get my vote otherwise. I've held my nose too many times.
